Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Certain items such as personalized products, innerwear, cosmetics, and final sale items are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Support Team via WhatsApp/Email within the return period.
- Share your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions to ship the item back.
- After inspection, we will initiate a refund or exchange as per your preference.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
Damaged / Wrong Item
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement.
